Which Thermador appliances do you repair?
Pro Harmony and Pro Grand ranges, Star Burner cooktops and rangetops, induction and electric cooktops, wall ovens, and Freedom refrigerator, freezer and wine columns. We do not service dishwashers or built-in coffee machines.
Do you work on older Thermador models?
Yes, within the limits of parts supply. Some older boards and induction modules are no longer produced, while igniters, elements, fans and gaskets usually stay available longer. We check before quoting.
How is a repair priced, and what is the warranty?
The diagnostic fee is quoted when you book and credited toward the repair if you go ahead. You approve the exact price before work starts. Every repair carries a 90-day labor warranty; parts carry their supplier’s warranty.
