No. We are an independent repair company, not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by Sub-Zero Group, Inc., and we do not perform manufacturer warranty repairs. If the manufacturer’s warranty still applies, contact Sub-Zero first.
Does the unit have to come out of the cabinetry?
Usually not. Fans, sensors, defrost parts, valves, hinges and boards are reached through the grille, the compartments or the toe-kick. Pulling a built-in out is reserved for some sealed-system and rear-component jobs.
Should I repair an older Sub-Zero or replace it?
Repair deserves the first look: the cabinet, insulation and door hardware tend to outlast many components. The exceptions are a failed compressor on a very old unit or a discontinued board with no updated replacement.
How is a Sub-Zero repair priced?
A diagnostic fee is quoted when you book and credited toward the repair if you go ahead. You approve the exact price before work starts, and every repair carries a 90-day labor warranty.
