Are you part of Miele’s service network?
No. TOL Appliances is independent and not affiliated with Miele, and does no manufacturer warranty repairs. If your appliance is still under Miele’s warranty, contact Miele first.
Should I reset the appliance before you arrive?
Write the code down; one restart is then fine. Repeated restarts of a washer holding water strain the drain pump. Smell hot wiring from an oven? Switch it off at the breaker.
How do pricing and the warranty work?
The diagnostic fee quoted at booking is credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and you approve the exact price before work starts. Repairs carry a 90-day labor warranty; parts carry their supplier’s warranty.
