Same-day or next-day visits are available in most areas, depending on location and schedule. If neither is possible, you are offered the first real opening while still on the line.

How much will my repair cost?

It depends on what failed, so the repair is priced after testing. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if you go ahead. Decline, and it is all you pay.

Do you use genuine parts, and are they covered?

Yes. We install genuine OEM parts, covered by their supplier’s own warranty. Parts not on the van are ordered; you hear the part, cost and realistic timing before you commit.

Are you connected to the manufacturers, and can you handle warranty work?

No. We are an independent company, not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Miele or Thermador. We do not perform manufacturer warranty repairs; while that warranty runs, call the manufacturer first.
