What we do

We repair built-in and professional-grade appliances from five brands: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Miele and Thermador — refrigeration, wine and ice, ranges, cooktops, ovens, outdoor grills and Miele laundry. A short list means deeper platform knowledge and the common failure parts on the van.

Where we work

Headquartered in Tampa, FL. Technicians are dispatched locally across Tampa Bay, Miami-Dade and Broward, Chicagoland, and Destin and the Emerald Coast. One phone line for all of them, answered 24/7. No local offices outside Tampa.

How we work

• Diagnostic fee quoted when you book, credited toward the repair if you go ahead (Pricing).
• Exact repair price before any work; nothing starts until you approve it.
• Genuine OEM parts.
• 90-day labor warranty; parts carry their supplier’s warranty (Warranty terms).

What we are not

TOL Appliances is independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Sub-Zero Group, Inc., Wolf Appliance, Inc., Viking Range, LLC, Miele, BSH Home Appliances (Thermador) or any other manufacturer. Appliances under the manufacturer’s warranty should go to the manufacturer first. We do not repair dishwashers, coffee machines, mass-market brands, HVAC, water heaters, disposals, plumbing or commercial equipment.
