How repair pricing works

1. Diagnostic visit. The fee is quoted on the phone when you book, before anyone is sent.
2. One exact price. After testing, you get the repair price — parts and labor in one figure. Nothing starts until you approve it. An unrelated second fault gets its own price and decision.
3. The diagnostic fee. Go ahead and it is credited toward the repair; decline and you pay only the fee.

Ordered parts and timing

Common failure parts ride on the van. If a part must be ordered, you hear what it is, the cost and a realistic arrival estimate before you commit. Same-day or next-day visits are available in most areas; if a visit at an unusual hour is priced differently, you are told before dispatch.
