Terms of Service

Who we are. TOL Appliances is an independent appliance repair company operated by TOL Services LLC, 1211 E Kennedy Blvd, Unit 627, Tampa, FL 33602. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any appliance manufacturer or part of any manufacturer’s service network. Brand names only identify the products we repair.
Services. We repair the brands and appliances described on this site in the listed service areas. Site content is general; the diagnosis is made on site. Availability, including same-day or next-day visits, depends on location and schedule.
Manufacturer warranties. Contact the manufacturer first if your appliance is under its warranty; independent work may affect that coverage. We do not perform manufacturer warranty repairs or process their claims.
Prices. The diagnostic fee is quoted when you book. You receive the repair price before work begins and we proceed only with your approval. If you go ahead, the fee is credited toward the repair; if not, the fee is payable. See Pricing.
Parts. Genuine OEM parts. For ordered parts you are told the cost and expected arrival before you commit; supplier dates are estimates.
Payment. Due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing; accepted methods are confirmed when you book.
Warranty. 90-day labor warranty; parts carry their supplier’s warranty. See Warranty terms.
Access. Describe the appliance and problem accurately, provide safe access, and arrange building approvals such as service-elevator booking. Cancel or reschedule as early as you can.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including spoiled food or wine, loss of use, or pre-existing conditions), and our liability for a repair is limited to the amount paid for it. Rights that cannot be limited by law are not affected.
This website. Content is for information; do not misuse the site or its forms. We may update the site and these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
Governing law. Florida, unless the law where the service was performed requires otherwise.
